You can look around the studio, the tools and the models for free, without an account. Making something uses credits, and top-ups start at $5.

Simple asks a few questions and picks the model and settings for you. Advanced shows every model and setting. You can switch at any time without losing your prompt or photos, and we remember your choice. Simple is there for Video, Image, Face Swap, AI Music and AIdol.

Yes. der.run works in your phone’s browser — the studio has its own mobile layout, and there’s no app to install.

1 credit = $0.01. Every tool and model shows its price in credits before you generate.

No. You top up when you want, from $5. Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically.

USDT and USDC. You pick the coin and the network when you top up in the studio, under Credits & upgrade.

If a run fails, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You only pay for runs that finish.

No. Top-up credits are non-refundable once they’re bought, and they can’t be turned back into cash. If something went wrong with the payment itself — you sent too little, too much or on the wrong network — email support@der.run with your order ID and we’ll sort it out.

Some models need a Pro or Max account. Your tier goes up by itself as your total top-ups grow — Pro at $5 in total, Max at $100 — and it never goes down.

Sometimes a model’s provider has a problem, or we pause a model to check it. A paused model can’t be picked until it’s back. If a model is only busy, you can still start a run: it waits until the model is ready, and you can cancel it while it’s queued. Service status shows what’s running right now.

No. DER V2 makes a video from a photo — image to video, with an optional end frame. To start from words alone, pick a text to video model such as Seedance 2.0 Fast.

Results and uploads are kept for 7 days, then deleted automatically. To hold on to one, keep it in your Library or download it.

Anything you keep in your Library stays until you remove it — up to 200 items. Saved AIdols have their own limit of 200.

With Google, with your email and a password, or with a browser wallet. Under Account in the studio you can link Google and a wallet to the same account, and set or change your password.

You can delete your account yourself under Account in the studio. It happens right away and can’t be undone: we delete your sign-in methods, sessions and API keys, your email or wallet address, and your files, results, Library, AIdols and trained voices and avatars. Credits left in a deleted account are forfeited: they can’t be paid out or moved to another account. We keep the payment records — including on-chain transaction hashes — and the credit history that our accounting needs, no longer linked to you.

Sign in, then open API keys in the studio and create one. It’s shown once, so store it somewhere safe. You can have up to 10 keys at a time.

No. The API, the MCP server and the DER skill use the same credits and the same tier as the studio.
