Pricing questions
Is there a subscription?
No. You top up when you want, from $5. Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically.
How do Pro and Max work?
Your tier goes up by itself as your total top-ups grow: $5 in total for Pro, $100 in total for Max. It only goes up, never down, and there’s nothing to renew.
What happens if a run fails?
If a run fails, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You only pay for runs that finish.
I paid but don’t see my credits
Crypto payments are credited once the network confirms them — usually within minutes, sometimes longer. Check the order under Credits & upgrade in the studio. If it still isn’t credited, email support@der.run with your order ID.
Can I get a refund?
No. Top-up credits are non-refundable once they’re bought, and they can’t be turned back into cash. If something went wrong with the payment itself — you sent too little, too much or on the wrong network — email support@der.run with your order ID and we’ll sort it out.
Does the API cost extra?
No. The API, the MCP server and the DER skill use the same credits and the same tier as the studio.
