Help with DER — the website der.run and the DER app. DER is run by DER.run.
Contact us
Email us and tell us what happened and which account it’s about — the email address on the account is enough.
Delete your account
You can delete your DER account at any time, with or without the app installed.
In the DER app
Open Me, then tap Delete account.
On the website
Sign in at der.run, open Account in the studio, then choose Delete account.
By email
Write to support@der.run and tell us which account to delete — the email address on the account. We check that the request comes from the account’s owner before we act on it.
What is deleted and what is kept
- You can delete your account yourself under Account in the studio. It happens right away and can’t be undone: we delete your sign-in methods, sessions and API keys, your email or wallet address, and your files, results, Library, AIdols and trained voices and avatars.
- We keep the payment records — including on-chain transaction hashes and the brand and last four digits of a card — and the credit history that our accounting needs, no longer linked to you.

Report a result
- Open the result and choose Report. It’s under the ⋯ menu on a result and in the full-screen view.
- Pick a reason and send it.
- The result is hidden for you right away, and we review every report.
To report something you can’t open, email support@der.run with a link or a description.
